Dogsey

Hello! My name is Aine and I'm sixteen years old. I live in New Zealand with my family and two dogs - Cooper a 3.5-year-old red brindle ex-racing greyhound and Rocky an 11-month-old black and brindle Huntaway cross. I have always been obsessed with dogs from a young age and do multiple activities with my dog Cooper. He currently has his CGC Foundation title and in September 2017 will be attempting his Bronze and Silver. Cooper also spends time with 'At Risk Kids', going on walks with them and teaching the kids about responsible dog ownership as well as being an ambassador for Greyhounds as Pets NZ. Rocky is a new addition to the pack, I have only had him for a few months. We adopted him from a local SPCA after he was found tied to a tree in the middle of farming/logging country. He was so skinny that he was unable to stand and was on a drip for four days. No one thought he was going to make it but Rocky is a fighter and pulled through. He has gone from around 3.5kgs to 11kgs in just 1 month and 16kg in 4 months. He is turning into a lovely dog, I plan on doing lots of obedience training with him and then eventually agility. He is progressing wonderfully and is proved himself to be extremely smart.
